Exercise for Fat Loss or for Fitness–the Biggest Loser’s Shocking Training

After watching last night show of the Biggest Loser (AU), I can’t keep silent any more. What I saw was the training at high risk of injuries to those big people, who were pushed to jump onto a platform. Is this training for soldiers or for obese people? Is the exercise for fitness or for fat loss? High intensity and high impact exercise is not safe for big or obese people and not effective to fat loss.
