Lose Body Fat When You’re Unable to Do Exercise

Here is a good news for you.  Exercise for fat loss is clearly regarded as being different from exercise for fitness. Instead of high intensity, low to moderate intensity, long duration activity at an elevated heart rate, any increase in movement is seen as important for fat loss, to lose body fat.

Not what the Biggest Loser do

It’s not what you think that “the harder the better” and not what the Biggest Loser do.  You don’t need to do hard exercise for fat loss in order to lose body fat.  In fact, the harder you do, the more muscles and less fat you lose.  And muscles are heavier than fats.  When you lost a few kgs of weight didn’t see much change in your body shape, obviously you did not lose  body fat, instead you lost muscles.  In other words, when you lost the same weight of fat, you would see more changes in your body shape.

High impact doing harm than good

On the other hand, it’s also not good to let a big person run or jump in order to lose body fat, or get fit.  the body weight is putting a lot of pressure on his or her  knees while running, it can cause knee problems and other injuries as well.

In conclusion, hard exercise is not for fat loss but for fitness.  One goal at a time is most likely achievable.  When your goal is fat loss, you should focus on it, after you achieve that - lose body fat, you can set a fitness goal.
