			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The biggest loser is the biggest twisted show I have even seen in my life.  Last night show (AU)  Amanda, the biggest loser for the week, was voted out.  Can you understand that competition? No, Never can!  Because<span style="color: #ff0000;"><em> <strong>it was twisted</strong></em></span>.</p>
<p>I think everyone knows what competition mean but the biggest loser Amanda who lost most weight among her team for the week was <strong>VOTED OUT</strong>.  Can&#8217;t you see how twisted it was!  And how ridiculous the voting was in that show!</p>
<p>So <strong><em><span style="color: #ff0000;">the biggest loser is coming from the voting not from competition</span></em></strong>.  If coming from competition the biggest loser should be the one who lost most based on the actual weight he/ she lost, not the percentage of their weight or whatsoever &#8211; it is common sense.</p>
<p>However, the show talked about the percentage of weight, that&#8217;s unfair for bigger people, who have to lose more than smaller ones in order to win.</p>
<p>Anyhow Amanda lost most weight last week but she had to leave the show because she threatened others by her hard-working, determination, and a potential final biggest loser. She was the biggest female contestant and the one needed and wanted most to stay on the show. Can&#8217;t you see again how that show dominated by people&#8217;s selfishness via the voting!  But it is also not those people&#8217;s fault but the ridiculous show encouraged them to do so.</p>
<p>But Amanda, from a fitness professional&#8217;s point of view, you are safe now!  You are out of the danger of doing something at your limits on the show, which put your life on the line.  Safety always come first, and intensity second.  You are not supposed to do high intensity,  high impact and extreme exercises in order to lose body fat as there is science behind it, but that&#8217;s not your fault, and you were just misled. <p>What are the hurdles to fat loss?   It can be an ineffective program(exercise or a diet plan or diets) but this will be talked in my later articles.  What I&#8217;m going to talk here is about <strong>Metabolic Syndrome</strong> <strong><a href="http://goodbodyforlife.com/fat-loss/fat-loss-tools/metabolic-syndrome.html" title="Metabolic Syndrome" >(click here to see the details</a></strong>) &#8211; it is also known as <strong>Insulin Resistance Syndrome</strong>.  People with this syndrome, calorie is no longer a calorie.  No matter what they try or do they are unable to lose weight or<strong> lose belly fat</strong> and unable to gain muscles.  That is the answer to some people who hardly  <strong>lost weight or belly fat</strong> and gain muscles after they have done exercises and weights training for many years or even over 10 years.</p>
<p><strong>Two main jobs of Insulin</strong></p>
<p>First, you need to know two main jobs of Insulin: one is to control blood sugar by driving the blood sugar into cells to be utilized as energy. Another one is to change sugar into fat.</p>
<p><strong>The cause to Insulin Resistance</strong></p>
<p>Second, what is the cause to <strong>Insulin Resistance Syndrome</strong> (insulin resistance or insulin insensitivity)?</p>
<p>85-90% carbohydrates we consume are High Glycaemic Index (GI) (<strong><a href="http://www.goodbodyforlife.com/gi.htm" >explained here</a></strong>) food which are spiking your blood sugar levels, this rapidly rising blood sugar significantly stimulates your body to release insulin.</p>
<p>Every time after you eat high GI food your body releases insulin. After a long period of time your body become less and less sensitive to your own insulin but make more and more of it. When you &#8220;tip over&#8221; into an abnormal metabolic stat your muscles become insulin insensitive first, many calories are diverted to the fat cells of the abdomen and your abdomen simply keep getting fatter and fatter, known as <strong>belly fat</strong> or<strong> central fat</strong> that is called &#8220;<strong>Central Obesity</strong>&#8220;.</p>
<p><strong>Developing to Diabetes</strong></p>
<p>Third, when you are able to keep producing high levels of insulin, your blood sugars will remain normal. However, over the years, your body can&#8217;t keep making all of this insulin, the insulin level finally begin to drop, and your blood sugars will begin to rise and you become diabetic.</p>
<p>Now you know you don&#8217;t just wake up one day and develop type 2 diabetes. It normally takes decades to develop. But there are early warning signs that you are becoming insulin resistant and at high risk of developing diabetes in the very near future.  The one of the hallmark signs of insulin resistance is inability to lose weight no matter what you try. Unless those reverse their underlying insulin resistance, they not only are not able to<strong> lose belly fat</strong> but also not able to prevent developing diabetes.</p>
