<p><strong>Knowing diets don&#8217;t work</strong></p>
<p>Second, diets don&#8217;t work because it is short-term solution for a long term problem. How possible to have all in one diet?  Even if it really dose, does it mean there is almost NOTHING in it? How can you lose 21 pounds without losing muscles by having almost nothing for 28 days?  And how can you build a lean body by weight training in just 28 days?</p>
<p><strong>Being aware the core issue of Insulin Resistance</strong></p>
<p>Finally, the core issue here is Insulin Insensitivity or Insulin Resistance.  With an epidemic of obesity and diabetes around the world, the fat stored in midsection need to be most targeted.
