What I saw was the training at high risk of injuries to those big people, who were pushed to jump onto a platform. Is this training for soldiers or for obese people? Metabolic Rate is much influenced by aerobic exercises and weight training (also know as resistance or strength training).</p>

<p>Please just keep this in mind: 7500 cal = 1 kg of body fat. This means that in 52 days you will <em><strong>burn</strong></em> the equivalent of an extra 7500 calories which is equivalent to 1 kg of <strong><em>body fat</em></strong>.</p>
